      At 17:30 hours on 3/2/08, Station 15, Engine 95, Squirt 99 & Ladder 10 were dispatched to a building fire on Witmer Rd.  Captain 15 (Johnson) arrived on scene to find a cabin well off at the College Settlement Camp.  Crews initially had difficulty accessing the site, but gained entry by cutting the chain at the gate.  Chief 15 (Flanagan) established 15 Command.  Engine 15 arrived and laid a supply line into the scene and went in service to extinguish the fire.  Engine 95-1 (Ct. Anders) arrived and picked up Engine 15's hydrant.  Command reported a 1-story, unoccupied cabin, well involved with no exposures and companies in service with defensive operations.  Engine 95-1's crew also assisted with extinguishment, overhaul & lighting.  The fire was placed under control at 18:03 hours.  Crews were in service with extensive overhaul.  Engine 95-1 cleared the scene at 18:58.  Other units on scene included Ladder 15, Rescue 15, & Tower 500.
