At approximately 23:15 hours on February 11, 2007, Stations 8 & 11, & Squad & Ladder 10 were dispatched to a building fire at 2633 Philmont Ave. (Sandro's Restaurant)  Deputy 8 arrived with heavy smoke showing from the roof area.  8 Command was established.  Initial arriving crews went in service to the interior with multiple handlines.  Command reported heavy fire on the second floor.  All crews were eventually pulled from the building and companies switched to a defensive operation.  Engine 95-1 was initially dispatched to stand by at Station 8 along with Bucks Ladder 1.  Within minutes of arriving at Station 8, Engine 95-1 was requested to the scene.  Engine 95-1's crew stood by in manpower and assisted with various fireground tasks.  The crew also assisted in extinguishing Engine 11 which had a fire.  The State Fire Marshal & Arson Investigation Team were requested to the scene.  Canteen services were provided by North Penn Goodwill.  Engine 95-1 cleared the scene at 03:22 hours.
