So what are you waiting for? “Team Up for Fire Safety” and develop and practice a home fire escape plan, using the grid below. Download the Floor Plan sheet to make an escape plan for your home! Create a floor plan of your home using the downloadable sheet. Make sure it includes working smoke alarms, two ways out of every room, an outside meeting place, and the emergency phone number for your local fire department. Then practice your place with all the members of your household regularly, at least twice a year. Fire Department Emergency Number____911____ Remember!!!! Once out of your home....
